Our Boiler/Combustion Technicians are highly skilled and trained in many OEM Boilers & Systems and technologies with a singular focus, borrowing from our background in critical environments, get the boiler up and running.

Staffing and operation of your boiler plant can be difficult. We offer this service to our customers. Not only can we operate your boiler plant but we can maintain it and make the necessary repairs like Welding Leaking Sections or Fire Tubes and get the boiler back on line. We also handle the Water Treatment of this equipment which is often overlooked as critical to smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Our customers own and maintain buildings with BAS Systems that control large plants often in Critical Environments. Our BAS technicians work "hand in glove" with our HVAC technicians to get to the bottom of a customer's problem and get it solved the ACS Services way...The "Right Way". This partnering is extremely critical when we are performing a Migration of a Legacy System for our customers, often in a “live” building or Data Center. We’d used OEM service for our customers in the past, but the cumbersome chain of command, slow response times and exorbitant cost of OEM service just could not meet our standards so we had to bring this line of business in-house and do it the ACS way, the “Right Way”.

Our extremely experienced UPS and Battery Technicians service all makes and models of UPS equipment such as Liebert (Vertiv), Eaton, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, APC and so on. Everything from rack mounted static switches to multi-module multi-megawatt systems, we’ve seen it all! Coordinating the service and emergency response efforts of multiple OEM service organizations is VERY difficult to say the least. We provide a “single source service” and ultimately peace of mind to our customers.
